It looks like 2017 shaped up to be quite the year for Caroline Ouellette and 2018 will be no different!
In 2017, Caroline, along with former rival Julie Chu, welcomed their baby daughter into the world on November 5, 2017. It’s funny how hockey can bring two people together – even though they likely went to battle to represent their nations on a number of occasions.
In 2018, she’ll once again represent Canada – donning the red and white – in Pyeongchang, Korea for the Olympics. She has a long, long history of winning Gold Medals at International tournaments, winning a staggering 10 gold over the course of her career. She’s currently on a streak of 4 consecutive gold medals when it comes to the Olympics. Will this be her last go at an Olympic medal? It’s hard to say if she’ll continue on to represent her county past this Olympics but I’ll be rooting for her while she’s in Asia.
