A nice autograph from Hampus Lindholm of the Anaheim Ducks.  Drafted in the first round, 6th overall, Hampus has no doubt lived up to expectations as he has been advertised as “a potential top end two-way defenseman” by utilizing his top skills “elite level passing, his skating, and his intelligent reads of the game” as per Hockey’s Future.  He also has noted that his role model is Nicklas Lidstrom, a great role model if you ask me!

I’ve met Hampus in person and he’s just as friendly to fans, willing to sign and take pictures whenever asked.  It was during a vacation in Anaheim where I attended a Anaheim Ducks practice.  If you ever make it down to Anaheim, it’s pretty neat to get up close to the players to ask them for autographs or photos!

A nice autograph from Ryan Getzlaf. I picked up in a box that I picked up at a hockey card event. This was from an Upper Deck Ultimates collection. I find that the box itself was alright, nothing spectacular, perhaps also since I’ve gotten Ryan Getlaf’s autograph previously. Thanks Ryan!

A great autograph from Scott Niedermayer, except that this card wasn’t the card that I sent to Scott.  I had actually sent a nice jersey card, superlative of all cards, to be signed by Scott.  Unfortunately, he either kept or switched the cards and sent me this one.  I can’t really complain since I know never to send anything that is really meaningful to me!

Jonas Hiller, the All-Star, currently plays for the Anaheim Ducks.  He was an undrafted prospect when he first hit the NHL scene in 2007 by then GM Brian Burke.  Since then, he’s been a pretty solid goaltender, having gone to the Stanley Cup Finals and participating in the NHL All-Star game, among other NHL accolades.

A nice auto, but slightly smudged, autograph from Lubomir Visnovsky.  Lubomir is one of the top D men for the Anaheim Ducks, and remains one amidst the trade rumors this past year.  Although lubo is now on the tail end of his career, he still can be an effective player and continues to put up decent numbers.  This year, on a non-playoff team Anaheim, he was a +7.  Not bad!

My first autograph from George Parros.  He’s the resident tough guy and all around nice guy from Anaheim.  With his trade mark mustache and massive size, he’s one guy you don’t want to mess with.  He was a giant when I got his autograph!  Thanks very much George!

Another auto, this time from Bobby Ryan.  I’ve managed to snag Bobby’s autograph while I was in other cities, so its no surprise that he would sign.  I’m actually grateful that someone, of his talent is still willing to sign so much stuff.  Thanks a bunch Bobby!  You can see my other returns here and here!
