Signed 6’6″ Flyers prospect, Isaac Ratcliffe, signed this hockey card as a member of the team he currently players for, the Guelph Storm.  He was drafted by the Storm back in 2015 and hopefully will stay with the club for the remainder of his CHL career.  A draft which featured other NHL picks such as Matthew Strome, Evan Bouchard and Ivan Lodnia, he sits top 10 in career points in the OHL from that draft class.

This season, Isaac is doing his best to perform as well as he can.  He was named to Team OHL as part of the Canada-Russia Series and put up a goal in the first game between the teams.  He ended up with a +2 +/- ranking at the end of the game.  As for the Guelph Storm, he’s sitting near the top of his team in scoring with 14 goals and 10 assists in 19 games.

I’m guessing that Isaac will likely finish up his career in the CHL after this season and proceed on to play for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms next season.

Gettin’ the auto

Through the Guelph Storm, this Upper Deck CHL hockey card was signed by Isaac Ratcliffe.  He signed it in 19 days and is the first return this season.  I’m still waiting on returns from Schnarr, Popovich and Merkley which I’m fully expecting to be returned!  I’ve discussed with a few others on the ability to get autographs and CHL players are mostly willing to sign.

Looks like Ratcliffe is doing his best this season to be a scoring leader on the team.  Good on him to be invited to Team OHL in the Canada Russia Series.
