I don’t have much to say about Jason but have one story where I should have combated my fears. It was a couple of years ago when the Senators came into town, playing in the Heritage Classic in 2014. I was trying to get autographs, in person, at the hotel where I suspected that the Senators were staying. When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, hoping that I’d see other fellow graphers trying to get autographs too. I […]
Got this card signed by Erik Condra, currently part of the Tampa Bay Lightning organization. Erik was a long standing member of the Ottawa Senators organization, having been drafted by them in 2006, 211th overall and eventually getting opportunities to play on the Senators in 2010/11 season. He eventually ended his tenure with the team in the 2015 off season where he signed a 3 year deal with Tampa Bay. As of the 2017/18 season, Erik has spent a majority […]
A great autograph and return from Craig Anderson of the Ottawa Senators. There has been a lot of media attention around Craig in recent years after his wife was diagnosed with throat cancer. It’s great to see that things have gotten better for Nicholle (Anderson’s wife) and that she’s officially cancer free. It’s no surprise that Craig had won the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy, for his dedication to hockey after spending some time away in 2017 to take care of […]
Alex Formenton, an NHL prospect for the Ottawa Senators currently playing for the London Knights in the OHL. I sent to Alex pretty recently (early Jan) and got it back within 60 days. As many Canadians know, Alex scored the final goal (EN) of the most recent World Juniors Tournament. While I’m not a card collector per-se, I’m guessing that this card will likely go up in value (as it’s his rookie card) although I’m actually not sure how much […]
Another Ottawa TTM return, this time from Milan Michalek. Ottawa remains as one of the top teams to return mail to their fans. Milan has played most of his career with the San Jose Sharks, but was traded in 2009. Milan has consistently put up 20 goals seasons in the NHL, and with the lack of depth on the Sens team, they’ll need every goal they can get!
